摘  要:对三态DPM电流滞环跟踪控制采用固定环宽和正弦波环宽时输出电流波形质量、平均开关频率通过仿真结果进行了对比,归纳出了采用固定环宽和正弦波环宽时两者的优缺点和适用场合。仿真结果表明:对于低速开关器件,可采用固定环宽控制器,以减小开关损耗;对于高速或中速开关器件,可采用正弦波环宽控制器,以减小输出谐波。通过采用三态DPM电流滞环跟踪控制的光伏并网系统实验结果表明了仿真分析的正确性。The output current waveform quality,the average switching frequency of three state DPM current sinusoidal ban results,the advantages d hy and steresis control and fixed band hysteresis control are compared by simulation disadvantages and applicable occasions of sinusoidal band hysteresis control and fixed band hysteresis control are concluded.The simulation results show that,for low speed switching device,it can adopt the fixed band hysteresis control so as to reduce switching loss,while for high or medium switching device,it can adopt sinusoidal band hysteresis control so as to reduce the output harmonic.Through the experimental results of photovoltaic grid-connected generation system which adopted hysteresis control show the correctness of the simulation analysis.
