速溶咖啡萃取自动化生产设备研究

摘　　要：随着速溶咖啡行业需求市场的不断扩大,人们对速溶咖啡的品质的不断提高,速溶咖啡的生产能力相对落后,以前咖啡萃取生产过程中手动和半自动控制,无法满足速溶咖啡生产需要。速溶咖啡是通过将咖啡萃取液中的水分蒸发而获得的干燥的咖啡提取物。咖啡溶液是存在于咖啡豆中的一类重要物质。With the instant coffee industry market demands continues to expand, the people demands continuously improve the quality of instant coffee, instant coffee production capacity is relatively backward, before coffee extraction in the production process of manual and semi-automatic control, can not meet the need of production of instant coffee. Instant coffee is dried coffee extract obtained by the evaporation of water in the coffee extract. The coffee solution is a kind of important material found in coffee beans.
