摘  要:针对电力自动化智能装置通信板件中光电转换模块及芯片等功率元件分布集中、热流密度大、可靠性要求高等特点,采用热分析软件FLOTHERM建立了某型智能变电站测控装置通信板件精细热分析模型,模拟了板件在特定温度下元件的温升并对散热器、热流通道进行了优化,最后在高低温试验箱对板件进行温升测试,验证了仿真模型的正确性和优化结果的合理性。Aiming at tile characteristics of centralized distribution, large heat flux and high reliability of many photoelectric conversion modules and chips on the communication PCB circuit of electric power automation smart equipment, the thermal analysis software Flotherm is used to establish a fine thermal model of the communicate PCB circuit of control devices of smart substation. The temperature rise of the PCB circuit at a specific temperature has been simulate, the heat sink and the feat flow channel has been optimized. The temperature test is made in the high-low temperature chamber at hast, the results of the simulation show that the thermal simulate model and the result of optimization are reasonable.
