摘　　要：介绍了刨煤工作面综采集控系统组成及原理,给出了控制系统网络结构、电液控制单元组成、硬件设计和软件流程,重点阐述了刨煤自动化过程及软件实现方法。实践表明,刨煤工作面集控系统能够满足实际使用要求,降低了工人的劳动强度,减少了工作面作业人员数量,提升了工作面的管理质量。This article introduces the composition and the principle of control system network structure in the coal lnining face. It is given the control system network structure, electric hydraulic control unit composition, hardware design and software flow. In this paper, it focus on the coal process automation and software realization method. Practice shows that coal working face can satisfy the requirement, reduce the labor intensity of workers and the number of working face homework personnel, and improve the management quality of working thce.
