摘 要:隔震技术作为结构被动控制技术的一种形式,工程应用正处于发展阶段。建筑结构隔震技术的应用,施工质量是重要的一个环节。目前我国隔震建筑缺乏统一规范的施工质量控制措施,并且施工单位普遍缺乏隔震建筑相关施工经验,存在对工艺流程和隔震关键节点不熟悉等现状,造成隔震建筑施工质量难以保证。通过对某宿舍楼多层框架结构隔震房屋的施工工艺流程探讨,主要分析隔震层及关键节点的施工要点。研究结果以期对隔震房屋的施工提供参考。Seismic isolation technology is a form of passive control of structure, and the engineering application is in a stage of steady development. At present, China is lack of unified standards of construction quality control measures for seismic isolation building, and construction units are generally lack of experience for seismic isolation building' s con- struction , the process flow and isolation key nodes are not familiar in the current situation, which causes the construc- tion too difficult to guarantee the quality of isolation building. To discuss the construction process of a dormitory base i- solation building of multi - story frame structure building, the main isolation layer and the key nodes of the key points of construction are analyzed. The study results are expected to provide reference for the construction of the isolation building.
