摘 要:针对某电厂1025 t/h锅炉低氮燃烧器改造后出现分隔屏易超温、过热器减温水量大、飞灰可燃物上升、低负荷时主、再热汽温偏低及低负荷燃烧稳定性降低等问题,阐述了低氮燃烧器改造过程,分析了锅炉燃烧工况的改变导致低氮燃烧器改造后问题的原因,提出了相应治理方案。实践证明,通过采取优化控制锅炉运行氧量、取消下两层SOFA燃烬风门反切、优化一、二次风配比及燃烧器摆角的调节、优化制粉系统运行方式、低负荷不按低氮控制等措施,降低了烟气NOx排放量,提高了锅炉燃烧稳定性,保证了机组经济运行。Aiming at the problems discovered after the modification of 1025 t / h boiler low Nox burner,such as easily over- heated division panel,increase of combustible matter in fly ash,low main and reheat steam temperature under low load and decrease of combustion stability under low load,this paper expounds the modification of low Nox burner,analyzes the reasons for the problems brought by the change of boil combustion working condition,and proposes relevant countermeasures. The practice proves that the amount of flue gas Nox emission can be reduced,with the enhanced boiler combustion stability and economic operation of units,by optimizing the control of oxygen amount,canceling the damper Fanqie of combustion pattern of the bottom two layers of SOFA,adjusting the matching of first and secondary air and the swing angle of burner,optimizing the operation of pulverizing system and releasing low load from low NOxcontrol.
