我国省域体育公共服务的技术效率及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：运用DEA方法对中国省域体育公共服务的技术效率进行了评价,分析发现:1998-2013年期间,我国体育公共服务的技术效率水平呈现下降趋势;体育公共服务技术效率水平在区域间存在显著差异,其中东部地区技术效率最高,中部次之,西部最差。进而对影响体育公共服务技术效率的因素进行研究,发现宏观经济层面、中观产业层面和微观个体层面均发挥显著影响,中观产业层面的影响最为突出。我国大多数省份(直辖市)的体育公共服务的技术效率存在很大的改善空间,通过提高技术效率来解决我国体育公共服务供需不平衡问题是一条可行路径。In this paper,DEA method was adopted to evaluate the technical efficiency of sports public services at provincial level.It revealed that the technical efficiency of sports public service declined from 1998 to 2013.There were significant differences on technical efficiency of public sports services between regions,with the eastern region ranked the highest,followed by central region and then the west.Research into the factors affecting the efficiency of sports public service showed that macro-economic level,industry level and micro-level were significant.Industry-level had the most prominent impact.There was much to improve for the majority of the provinces and municipalities.It was feasible to balance the service supply and demand by increasing technical efficiency of sporting public services.
