摘 要:金昌冶炼厂Ausmelt铜熔炼炉SO2烟气输送管路由于设计不合理,3台并联使用的电除尘器出现进气分配不均的情况,特别是#2电除尘器因烟气流量偏小,降温幅度大,出口烟气温度长期在露点以下,出口管道的90°弯头处和引风机的进、出口及叶轮上积聚矿泥堵塞流道,造成Ausmelt炉的加料口连续往外冒散烟,污染现场环境,针对这样的生产状况对有关管路进行了改造,使得3台并联电除尘器的出口烟气温度都能在露点以上,不再出现管路堵塞影响生产的情况。For the SO_2 flue gas conveying duct of the Ausmelt copper smelter of Jinchang Smeltery,due to improper design,the three electric dust collectors,which are used in parallel,have shown uneven inlet gas distribution,particularly for ~#2 electric dust collector,due to small flue gas flow,big temperature drop,very often the outlet flue gas temperature is below dew point,ore mud is built up at the 90° bend of the outlet duct,the inlet and outlet and blade of the draft fan,which caused the blocking of the flow path and resulted in the continuous smoking in the feeding inlet of the Ausmelt furnace,polluting the environment on site.For such production conditions,revamp is carried out for related ducts,such that the outlet flue gas temperatures of all three electric dust collectors in parallel are all above the dew point,without affecting the production due to blocking of ducts.
