摘  要:强化管道保温是火电厂深度节能的途径之一。纳米保温涂料具有极低的导热系数[≤0.02W/(m·℃)],对纳米涂料在火电厂管道保温中应用的效果进行了试验研究。喷涂试验表明喷涂膜厚度直接影响保温效果,当火电厂主蒸汽管道喷涂平均干膜厚度为147μm,环境温度为22.2℃条件下,管道表面平均温度由50.55℃下降为47.00℃,温降3.55℃,年节约标准煤达56.1 t,减少二氧化碳排放量142.5 t。Strengthening pipeline insulation is one of deepening energy-saving at thermal power plant. Nano insulation coating has extremely low thermal conductivity, which is 0.02W/(m·℃). Experiments of nano coating application in pipeline insulation at thermal power plant were carried out. Spraying test showed that spray film thickness directly affected insulation effect. When main steam pipeline’s spraying film thickness was about 147μm, the pipeline surface average temperature was decreased from 50.55℃ to 47.00℃ under the environment temperature was at 22.2℃, which meaned that temperature drop was 3.55℃ and saved 56.1 ton standard coal and reduced 142.5 ton carbon dioxide emissions.
