摘 要:为探索肥桃的光合作用规律,以肥桃中最具代表性的红里肥桃和白里肥桃为试材,测定了光合有效辐射、CO2浓度、环境因子日变化对光合作用的影响。结果表明,无论在强光或弱光条件下,白里肥桃光能利用效率高于红里肥桃;相同环境条件下,白里肥桃净光合速率显著大于红里肥桃。叶面温度、光合有效辐射与胞间CO2浓度呈负相关关系,与光合速率呈正相关关系;大气CO2浓度、光合有效辐射与蒸腾速率、气孔导度呈正相关关系。光合作用环境参数中叶片温度是影响光合作用最主要的因素,其次是光合有效辐射和环境CO2浓度。In order to explore the law of photosynthesis, the Baili peach and the Hongli peach, the most representative Feicheng peach were chose to investigate the influence of photosynthetically active radiation,COz concentration and enviromental factor daily variation to photosynthesis. The result showed: Baili peach had higher efficiency of radiation uti- lization than Hongli's no matter under the condition of strong or weak light; net photosynthetic rate of Baili peach was much greater than that of Hongli peach under the same conditions. Leaf temperature and photosynthetically active radi- ation had negative correlation with intercellular CO2 concentration, had positive correlation with net photosynthetic rate. COz concentration in atmosphere and photosynthetically active radiation had positively correlation with transpira- tion rate and stomatal conductance. Leaf temperature among the environmental factors was the most important factor for photosynthesis,photosynthetically active radiation and CO2 concentration in atmosphere secondly.
