摘　　要：目的:观察积雪草苷对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株转移能力和凋亡的影响。方法:采用细胞计数法(CCK-8)检测不同浓度的积雪草苷对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株增殖影响;细胞黏附试验检测细胞体外黏附能力的变化,Transwell试验检测细胞体外侵袭能力的变化,流式细胞仪AnnexinV/PI双染法检测细胞凋亡率。结果:积雪草苷明显抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株增殖,积雪草苷处理后人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株黏附能力分别下降到61.2%,47.6%,38.6%;侵袭能力分别下降到42.3%,31.7%,21.6%;AnnexinV/PI双染法检测显示积雪草苷可诱导人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株凋亡,与阴性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:积雪草苷能抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株的增殖,抑制其体外粘附和侵袭能力,诱导其凋亡。Objective：To investigate the effects of asiaticoside on proliferation and apoptosis of SGC-7901.Methods：Growth inhibition was measured by cell counting kit-8,the adhesion in vitro was detected by cell adhesion assay;the invasion in vitro was detected by transwell assay;the rate of apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry with Annexin-V/PI staining.Results：Asiaticoside inhibited the growth of SGC-7901 effectively.The adhesion of cells in vitro was decreased to 61.2%and 38.6%respectively;the invasion in vitro was decreased to 42.3% and 21.6%.Compared with the negative control group,the apoptosis of SGC-7901 was significantly induced by different concentration of asiaticoside（P0.01）.Conclusion：Asiaticoside can inhibit the proliferation,induce apoptosis of SGC-7901 and inhibit the metastasis of SGC-7901 in vitro.
