摘　　要：目的：探讨心理护理对更年期妇女手术患者心理影响。方法：筛选我科2014年4月~10月住院手术的妇女220例,随机分为心理护理组（n=107）和对照组（n=113）,心理护理组住院期间在常规护理的基础上给予心理辅导,包括一对一心理支持、松弛训练术前心理辅导,入手术室后心理辅导,术后心理辅导,最后采用焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS）和抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale,SDS）评定患者情绪状态。对照组仅作常规护理。结果：两组患者入院时都存在不同程度的焦虑和抑郁情绪,两者比较无统计学意（P〉0.05）。出院时心理护理组焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪明显降低,与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：积极实施更年期妇女手术患者的心理护理能明显改善患者焦虑和抑郁情绪。Objective：To explore the psychological effects of psychological care for menopausal women surgery patients.Methods：Two hundred and twenty women patients of our department from April 2014 to October 2014 were randomly divided into the psychological nursing group（n=107）and the control group（n=113）.Patients in psychological nursing group were nursing with psychological guidance and conventional care,include one-on-one mental support,relaxation training,preoperative psychological guidance,psychological counseling in the operating room,postoperation psychological counselling,and the patients＇ emotional state were evaluated by the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale.Results：Patients of two groups have the emotion of anxiety and depression in different levels when they admitting hospital,which shows no statistics（P〉0.05）.Compared with the control group,psychological nursing group patients improved their anxiety and depression mood significantly after carring out the psychological care when they leave the hospital（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Psychological care can improve the menopause women surgery patients＇ anxiety and depression significantly.
