摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕干部和人才队伍建设,为做好新形势下人才工作做出了一系列重要论述。这一系列独特风格和鲜明个性的讲话,丰富了中国特色社会主义人才理论内涵,对于更好地实施人才强国战略,建立聚集人才体制机制,完善党管人才原则,营造人才发展的良好环境,建设一支规模宏大的高素质人才队伍,具有十分重要的意义。Since the eighteenth CPC national congress,Xi Jinping,CPC general secretary,has clearly made a series of important expositions on the construction of cadres and personnel in order to do the work well under the new situation. These important expositions greatly enrich the connotation of talent theory of Chinese characteristic socialism.This series of unique and distinctive style of speech is of great importance for the better implementation of this strategy,the establishment of institutional mechanisms to gather talent,improve the Party supervising principle,to create a good environment for talent,to build a large- scale high- quality personnel.
