农业本科院校学生科研能力培养的思考

摘　　要：现代农业的发展,对农业本科院校学生科研能力培养提出了更高的要求,而当前的高等农业院校学生科研能力的培养方面还有诸多与之不相适应之处。学生科研能力的培养是高等院校人才培养体系的重要组成部分,作为普通高等农业院校在学生科研能力培养方面应从加强师资队伍科研能力培养、构建大学生实践能力平台等方面采取措施。The Present agricultural development raises higher demands for the students’ research ability in colleges and universities. However,there are many aspects that are not suited to developing their abilities. It is an important component of culture system to advance students’ research ability in agricultural undergraduate colleges. Therefore,it is necessary for higher agricultural learning institutes to take some measures to cultivating students’ research abilities.
