摘 要:探讨了阻燃黏胶纤维和阻燃腈纶纤维的耐酸碱性能,将两种阻燃纤维在不同浓度的H2SO4溶液和Na OH溶液中进行处理,测试其强伸性能.结果表明,经H2SO4溶液和Na OH溶液处理后,两种阻燃纤维的强伸性能指标均有所下降,随着溶液浓度的增加,下降幅度变大;阻燃腈纶纤维的耐酸碱性优于阻燃黏胶纤维;两种阻燃纤维的耐酸碱性均不如用作对比样的普通黏胶纤维和普通腈纶纤维.在实际生产和使用过程中,应注意控制酸碱溶液的浓度.Acid-alkali resistance of flame-retardant viscose fiber and flame-retardant acrylic fiber was discussed in this article. These two kinds of flame-retardant fibers were treated with different concentrations of H2 SO4 solution and NaOH solution,and the fiber strength & elongation was tested. The results show that the tensile indicators of two kinds of flame-retardant fibers reduce after they are treated with H2 SO4 solution and NaOH solution,and the reduction is larger with the increase of solution concentration. Acid-alkali re-sistance of flame-retardant acrylic fiber is better than flame-retardant viscose fiber. Acid-alkali resistance of two kinds of flame-retardant fibers is lower than ordinary viscose fiber and ordinary acrylic fiber used as the contrast sample. The concentration of acid-alkali solu-tion should be strictly controlled during the process of producing and using.
