摘　　要：目的:探讨连续血液净化对烧伤患者白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:18例大面积烧伤患者接受连续血液净化(CBP)治疗,分别检查治疗前及治疗后12 h,24 h,36h,48 h,72 h及96 h外周血白细胞、降钙素原(PCT)、肌酐及IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α指标水平。结果:所有指标治疗前明显增高,外周血白细胞、PCT和肌酐等指标治疗后36 h达最低值,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α水平于治疗后48 h达最低值。结论:早期血液净化治疗大面积烧伤患者可以有效清除各种炎症递质,减轻患者白细胞应激状态,减少病死率。Objective： To investigate the continous blood purification for levels of interleukin- 6（ IL- 6）,interleukin- 8（ IL- 8）,tumor necrosis factor- a（ TNF- α） in burn patients with continous blood purification. Methods： Eighteen severe patients with large burn area undergoing continuous blood purification（ CBP） were included in this study,and to observative the levels of white blood cells,procalcitonin,creatnine,IL- 6,IL- 8,TNF- α before CBP,and at 12 h,24 h,36 h,48 h,96 h during CBP. Results： All the indicators were significantly increased at the time of admission,the number of white blood cell in peripheral bood,PCT,creatinine were reached the minimum value after treatment with 36 h,and IL- 6,IL- 8,TNF- α levels were reached the minimum value with 48 h. Conclusion： Continous blood purification could eliminate inflammation factors effectively,decrease neutrophil counts in peripheral blood,and reduce the death.
