高效液相色谱法快速测定蜂王浆中四环素类抗生素残留

摘　　要：本文建立了高效液相色谱法快速测定蜂王浆中3种四环素类抗生素（土霉素OTC、四环素TC、金霉素CTC）残留的检测方法。蜂王浆样品采用Na：EDTA—Mcllvaine缓冲液提取后以固相萃取（SPE）纯化、高效液相色谱一紫外检测器（HPLC—UVD）测定。3种四环素类抗生素在0-6．0mg／L（金霉素0-12mg／L）范围内，其浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r〉0．999）；3个不同加标水平的方法回收率为83．0—101．2％。本方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好，可用于福建当地主要蜂王浆中四环素类抗生素残留的快速测定。A method for the rapid determination of oxytetracyeline （OTC）, tetracycline （TC） and chlorotetracycline （CTC） residues in royal jelly by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The royal jelly samples were extracted with Na2EDTA-Mellvaine buffer solution and purified by solid phase extraction （SPE）. Then the tetracycline antibiotics were detected by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detector. This method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0-6.0 mg/L （0-12 mg/L for CTC）. The correlation coefficient was over 0.999. The recovery at three addition levels was 83.0~101.2%. The method was convenient, fast, accuracy and reproducible. It would be suitable for the rapid determination of above three tetracycline antibiotics residues in main kinds of royal jelly from Fujian Province.
