摘 要:采用阳极氧化和低温快烧技术制备高性能的铝合金表面梯度搪瓷涂层。将铝合金板材放入硫酸溶液中进行阳极氧化,用磷酸溶液阳极氧化膜进行扩孔,用搪瓷釉料进行涂搪和烧制,通过扫描电子显微镜、金相显微镜和机械性能测试将该试样与直接涂搪烧制的试样进行对比分析。结果表明:直接涂搪烧制的试样的瓷层表面出现了裂纹和气泡等内部缺陷,而通过阳极氧化过渡处理后,瓷层的致密度和光洁度较好,瓷层与基体的结合强度显著提高。High- performance composite enamel coating was prepared through anodic oxidation technique and low- temperature and fast- sintering technique on the surface of aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy substrate was placed in sulfuric acid solution for anodic oxidation,and then pores broadened in phosphoric acid solution. Finally,this sample was enameled and sintered,which was compared with the sample without anodic oxidation through scanning electron microscope,metallographic microscope and mechanical tests. The results show that cracks and bubbles appear on the porcelain layer that was enameled directly,while the density and surface finish of the porcelain layer with anodic oxidation are good and the adhesive strength between enamel layer and substrate significantly increase after the transition treatment of anodic oxidation.
