摘  要:为了避免柴油机排气歧管出现断裂故障,在其开发过程中需要对其进行分析。本文利用流固耦合方法来分析排气歧管的温度场分布及热应力分布。结果表明:耦合计算包括一维性能计算、三维CFD计算及FEM计算;排气歧管内外壁面最高温度在材料的安全温度范围内;排气歧管最大热应力在材料的屈服强度范围内;在排气歧管的设计开发阶段,对其进行流固耦合分析,可以避免排气歧管出现热裂等故障。In order to avoid the problem that exhaust manifold may be broken, the exhaust man- ifold is analyzed when it is developed. This paper analyzes its temperature field and heat stress dis- tribution using the coupling of the fluid and solid. The results show that the coupling calculation in- cludes the 1D performance calculation and 3D CFD calculation and FEM calculation; and that the highest temperature of the exhaust manifold in inner and outer walls was in the safe range of the ma- terials ; and that the maximum thermal stress of the exhaust manifold was in the range of the material yield strength. The coupling analysis done in the process of development and design can prevent the exhaust manifold from being damaged
