摘 要:糖尿病足是糖尿病的一种常见并发症,是糖尿病患者致残、致死的重要原因,是下肢截肢的首要原因,并且伴随着较高的死亡率。糖尿病足的发病机制复杂,目前尚无统一定义,但目前公认的是,大血管和微血管病及神经病变是缺血性溃疡发生发展的关键病理生理因素。目前糖尿病足的治疗普遍存在费用较高,疗程长,效果差的问题,是临床上的棘手问题。低强度激光疗法(LLLT)通过对微循环和组织修复的刺激作用以及其无创、无痛、无明显副作用的特点逐渐成为一种有效的临床治疗溃疡的方法。本文就LLLT在糖尿病足的治疗中所起的作用进行综述。Diabetic foot (DF) is a common complication of diabetes mellitus. It is a main factor of diabetic disability and death, which is the leading cause of lower limb amputation, and is associated with higher mortality. There is no uniform definition to the multiplex pathogenesis of diabetic foot. Now it is recognized that the macrovascular and microangiopathy as well as neuropathy are key pathophysiological factora in the development of ischemic ulcer. Existing treatments of diabetic foot'have the problem of high financial cost, prolonging the course of treatment and poor efficacy, which is the problem in clinic. Low level laser therapy (LLLT) has been used as a positive therapy for diabetic foot due to its stimulating effects over microcirculation and tissue repair as well as its non-invasive, pain-free with minor side effects.
