摘 要:在三维颗粒流离散元理论及已有试验数据的基础上,通过设置大量不同的数值样本,利用PFC3D对高炉矿渣粉煤灰混合料的室内大型直剪试验进行数值仿真。基于此,对混合料的宏细观力学参数进行相关性分析,进而标定混合料的细观参数。结果表明:颗粒摩擦系数影响较小但不宜忽略,对粘聚力影响较大的范围一般介于0.3~1.5之间;刚度比与强度比对混合料的宏观力学响应会产生较大影响,分析认为宜将刚度比控制在0.4~2范围内,而强度比宜为0.4~4之间比较有效。半径因子对剪应力峰值及初始弹性模量所产生的影响具有同步性,并且随着半径因子的增大而增大,而强度参数中的内摩擦角与粘聚力随半径因子的增大呈相反趋势变化。最后,将数值模拟结果与室内试验进行对比分析,标定了混合料的细观参数,分析表明,数值计算的结果与室内试验结果基本吻合。Based on the three-dimensional particle flow discrete element theory and the existing test data,The blast furnace slag fly ash mixture numerical simulation of large direct shear test was carried out by setting a large number of different values of samples,and using PFC3 D. Based on this,it analysis the correlation of mixture about macro micro-mechanics parameters,so as to calibrate the micro-mechanics parameters of mixture. The results showed that particle friction coefficient has small impact but it should not be ignored,the range which has a large impact is generally between 0. 3 ~ 1. 5; stiffness ratio and the intensity ratio of mixture have great influence on macro mechanical response. This paper analysised that the stiffness ratio should be controlled in the range of 0. 4 ~ 2,while the intensity ratio should be between 0. 4 ~ 4 which would be more effective. Radius factor is synchronous to the effect of shear stress peak value and the initial elastic modulus,and it increases with the radius factor,while,the strength parameters of the internal friction angle and cohesion factor increases with radius in opposite trends. Finally,the numerical simulation results and laboratory test were compared and analyzed,and the micro parameters of mixture was calibrated. Analysis shows that,the numerical calculation results were agree well with the laboratory results.
