摘  要:防爆是对工作于爆炸性环境中各类设备的首要要求,本文立足于防爆标准、爆炸性环境等概念,介绍了GB 3836和GB 25286等防爆标准体系,分析了非电气设备机械火花、热表面、静电、自燃等潜在点燃源,梳理了控制点燃源、实现结构安全、采用限流外壳或隔爆外壳、固有安全和正压、液浸或覆盖等非电气设备防爆设计技术途径。The explosion-proof work is the primary requirement for all kind of equipment in the explosive environment. Based on the concepts of the explosion-proof standards, explosive environment and so on, the paper introduces the standards about explosion-proof such as GB 3836 and GB 25286. The potential ignition sources such as the mechanical spark, thermal surface, static electricity and spontaneous combustion are analyzed. The explosion-proof technical ways of non-electrical equipment are combed including controlling ignition source, implementation of structural safety, limiting shell or flameproof enclosure, inherent safety and positive pressure, the liquid immersion or cover.
