摘　　要：专用办公业务信息系统不仅要满足普通办公信息系统日常业务上的需求,更要能实现与特殊时期的高效衔接。本文阐述了和平时期办公业务信息系统标准化的重要性,提出了针对和平时期办公业务信息系统的标准化原则和标准化对策建议。The special office information system should not only satisfy the daily business needs as a normal office system, but also be designed to achieve the effective combination and transition between the peacetime and special time. The paper states the importance of the standardization of the peacetime office information system. It proposes the standardization principles, countermeasures and suggestions for the peacetime office information system.
