摘　　要：选取妊娠期高血压疾病患者60例作为观察组,选取同期入院正常晚期妊娠妇女20例作为对照组。观察组外周单个核细胞NF-k B活性高于对照组,而血浆五聚素3水平低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度子痫前期、轻度子痫前期和妊娠期高血压三组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关分析显示,两组之间变化呈负相关,r=0.672;ROC曲线显示,两种指标联合诊断阳性面积0.808,具有诊断意义(P<0.05)。结论:娠期高血压患者外周单个核细胞NF-k B活性及血浆五聚素3的表达呈负相关关系,两者联合检测具有较高的诊断价值。60 patients with pregnancy induced hypertensive were selected as observation group, 20 normal late pregnancy women were selected as control group. The NF - kB activity of peripheral mononuclear cell in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the PTX3 level was lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There was significant difference between the severe pre-eclampsia group, mild preeclampsia group and gestational hypertension groupb （P 〈 0.05 ）. The Pearson correlation analysis showed that, between the two groups there was a negative correlation, r = 0.672 ; The ROC curve showed that the combination diagnosis of the two markers had a positive area of 0. 808 （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There was negative correlationship between NF - kB activity and PTX3 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells in pregnancy hypertension patients. That will be better when diagnosed by the two markers at the same time.
