信息时代的中医药知识管理技术概述

摘　　要：随着中医药信息化事业的蓬勃发展,在中医药领域出现了大量的数据库、文献库和知识库,以及多样化的信息系统和工具。如何利用这些信息资源和技术手段,实现中医药知识管理模式的创新,推动中医药知识创新活动,是值得研究的问题。本文根据知识管理理论,简要论述中医药知识管理的核心环节,以及信息技术在其中发挥的作用和带来的创新。As the rapid progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） informatization,a plenty of information resources（e.g.,databases,knowledge bases,libraries）,systems,and tools emerged in TCM domain.How to utilize these resources and techniques to invent TCM knowledge management methods and facilitate TCM knowledge creation activities becomes an important problem.In this paper,we use knowledge management theory,to discuss the key processes of TCM knowledge management,and the roles that information technologies can play in these processes.
