摘　　要：实践与人的发展密切相关。人的需要是推动实践发展的内在动力,同时实践又是满足和实现人的需要的基本方式,是促进人的需要发展的助推器。人的能力是在实践中生成与发展的,是实现人的能力全面而自由发展的最深刻基础,同时人的能力的发展对社会实践发展又具有强大的反作用。人的自由发展是人的发展的题中应有之义,发展必须以自由的获得为前提。马克思、恩格斯在人的问题上的根本变革在于将实践的观点引入人学,提出了人的自由而全面发展的理论。Practice is closely related to the development of human. The need of human is an internal motive to push practice to develop. Practice is a basic way to satisfy and meet the need of human as well as a booster to the development of human. Human 's abilities have been formed and developed in practice which provides the most profound basis for free and overall development of human 's ability. At the same time, the development of human's ability has powerful reaction to that of social practice. Free development of human is first and foremost the development of human. Development should take freedom as the precondition. The fundamental transformation of human issue lies in that the concept of human is introduced into human studies by Marx and Engels, who put forward the theory of free and overall development.
