摘  要:保险业在近三十年的急速发展中积淀并遗留了诸多因粗放发展模式所带来的诚信不良问题,成为行业发展的桎梏,究其原因,既有产品层面的信息不对称,又有企业管理体制的不健全,以及全社会保险意识的缺失等。在此分析基础上提出加大违规成本、创新管理体制的措施建议,以期联合企业、行业、政府的力量,共同构建完善的保险业诚信体系。Along with the rapid development of China insurance industry in the past 30 years, many problems in in- tegrity caused by extensive development model are accumulated, which has become the shackle of insurance industry development. The main causesare: the information asymmetry in the product level, the imperfectness of enterprise management system, the lack of insurance consciousness of whole society, etc. On the basis of the analysis, the corresponding measures are given: to increase violation cost and innovate management system so as to build a perfect integrity system of insurance industry by joining the forces of enterprises, industry and government.
