摘  要:[目的]研究荔枝草提取物的体外抗菌活性。[方法]采用试管稀释法,测定了荔枝草提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。采用纸片扩散法测定荔枝草中部分化学成分的抑菌圈直径。[结果]荔枝草乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位对受试菌株的MIC可低至3.1 mg/ml,具有明显抑菌作用;荔枝草中齐墩果酸和2α,3β-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸对革兰氏阳性菌有明显抑菌效果。[结论]荔枝草抗菌作用的活性部位是乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位;齐墩果酸和2α,3β-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸是荔枝草抗菌作用的主要活性成分。[Objective] To study on the antibacterial activity in vitro of extract of Salvia plebeia R.Br. [Methods] Tube dilution method was used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of extract from Salvia plebeian on staphylococcus aur-eus, staphylococcus, Escherichia oli, pseudomonas aeruginosa. Disc diffusion method was used to determine antibacterial circle diameter of partial chemical composition in Salviaplebeia R.Br. [ Results ] The MIC of Salvia ethyl acetate and n-butanol fraction on tested strains could be as low as 3.1 mg/ml,which showed significant bacteria-inhibitory effect; oleanic acid and 2α,3β-dihydroxyurs -β-en -28-oic acidinSalviaplebeiahadsignificantbacteria-inhibitory effect on gram-positivebacterium. [ Conclusion ] The antibacterial active sites of Salviaplebeia are ethyl acetate and n-butanol fraction. The main antibacterial active ingredients of Salviaplebeia are oleanic acid and 2α,3β-dihydroxyurs -12-en -28-oic acid.
