摘 要:考虑到电牵引采煤机多机协调运行的工况特点,提出了一种电牵引采煤机五相逆变器驱动双电动机容错控制方法。建立了两相静止坐标系下的采煤机五桥臂双电动机驱动系统数学模型,并阐明了限制双电动机最高转速的本质原因;在分析三相、五相逆变系统内在联系的基础上,进行了五桥臂逆变器零序信号注入PWM调制的详细推导。实验结果表明,该方法采取零序信号注入PWM调制的方式,仅需五相桥臂即可实现采煤机双三相电动机高性能独立控制。In consideration of working condition characteristics of multi-motor coordinated operation of electrical haulage shearer,a tolerant control method of double-motor driven by five phase inverter for electrical haulage shearer was put forward.The mathematical model of drive system of double-motor with five phase bridge arm for shearer under two-phase stationary coordinates was established,fundamental reason limited the highest speed of double-motor was expounded.Based on the analysis of inner link of three phase and five phase inverter system,zero sequence signal injection PWM modulation of five bridge arms inverter was deduced in details.The experimental results show that the method adopts method of zero sequence signal injection PWM modulation,and can realize high-performance independent control for double three-phase motor of shearer with only five phase bridge arm.
