摘 要:目的研究黄芩药材粉末颜色与五种有效成分含量的相关性。方法用色差计和紫外-可见分光度计测量药材粉末L*、a*和b*值,用HPLC法同时测定黄芩五种有效成分含量,统计分析颜色值与有效成分含量间的相关性。结果颜色值与黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷无显著相关性,与黄芩素、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A有显著相关性,L*与黄芩素、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A呈显著负相关,a*与黄芩素呈显著负相关,与汉黄芩素呈极显著正相关,b*与千层纸素A呈显著负相关。结论黄芩有效成分含量与药材粉末明暗程度有关,其颜色越暗,黄芩有效成分含量越高,而黄颜色为黄芩颜色特征,其深浅不能说明药材质量好坏。Objective To study the correlation between the content of five effective components and powder color of Scutellaria baicalensis Geogi. Methods The value of L*, a* and b* were determined by the colorimeter and UV spectrophotometry, and the content of five effective components were determined by HPLC, both of their result were used to study their correlation through statistic analysis. Result There was not much more significant correlation between color and baicalin, wogonoside, and there was a significant correlation between color and baicalein, wogonin and oroxylin A. The value of L* was a significant negative correlated with baicalein, wogonin and oroxylin A, the value of a* was a significant negative correlated with baicalein and was a outstanding significant positive correlated with wogonin, the value of b* was a significant negative correlated with oroxylin A. Conclusion There was a significant correlation between the degree of shade and content of five effective components, and the darker color, the higher the content of effective components. The yellow was the feature of radix Scutellariae, but its depth was not decided to quality.
