摘  要:目的通过对不同加工方式的穿心莲药材在不同贮藏期的含量变化进行研究,从而确定穿心莲药材最佳的加工方式和贮藏时间。方法从本公司穿心莲GAP基地采收新鲜的穿心莲药材,分别采用四种不同的加工方式进行加工,然后一起放在贮藏室内贮藏至规定时间后取样进行含量测定。结果穿心莲内酯含量以晒干后切段加工方式在贮藏初期为最高;脱水穿心莲内酯含量以晒干后切段加工方式在贮藏21个月时最高;穿心莲总内酯含量以晒干后切段加工方式在贮藏初期为最高。结论以穿心莲药材为原料提取穿心莲内酯或穿心莲总内酯时,建议最好采用晒干后切段加工的新鲜药材提取。以穿心莲药材为原料提取脱水穿心莲内酯时,建议最好采用晒干后切段加工方式贮藏21个月时的药材提取。Objective To study the change in content of different storage period of Andrographis paniculata by using different processing methods,choose the best way to determine the processing and storage time of Andrographis paniculata. Methods The fresh sample of Andrographis paniculata collectted from GAP planting base and processed respectively by four types of processing methods,then put samples in the storage room, removed and determined in the stipulated time. Results The content of andrographolide in dried cut processing method in the early storage time is the highest; Dehydroandrographolide in storage for 21 months is highest; The total andrographolide is in the early storage is the highest. Conclusion For the extraction of andrographolide or total andrographolide in Andrographis paniculata as raw materials, extraction suggested the use of dried cut processing of fresh herbs.For the extraction of Dehydroandrographolide in Andrographis paniculata as raw material, suggest the best use of dried cut storage period of processing 21 months extraction.
