补益地黄丸中毛蕊花糖苷的含量分析

摘　　要：目的建立补益地黄丸中毛蕊花糖苷含量分析的方法。方法采用FORTIS-C18柱（4.6mm×250 mm,5μm）,以乙腈：0.1%醋酸溶液（16：84）为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长331 nm。结果毛蕊花糖苷在3.42-68.40μg·ml-1浓度范围内有良好线性关系（r=0.999 8）,平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.42%。结论本方法灵敏度高、准确、重复性好、专属性强,可作为控制补益地黄丸质量的重要方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of verbascosidin in Buyi Dihuang Wan. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the FORTIS-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm）column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile（16）- 0.1% HAc（84）, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1, the column temperature was 30℃. The UV detector was set at 331 nm. Results The linear response range was 3.42-68.40 μg·ml-1（r = 0.999 8）. The average recovery of verbascosidin was 98.2%, and RSD was 1.42%. Conclusion The method, was accurate, repeatable with high secificity and sensitivity. It can be an important method to control the standard of Buyi Dihuang Wan.
