摘　　要：结合实践经验,对现代信息技术在高校体育中应用的优势进行分析,以提升对这种先进教学手段的认识。此外,对现代信息技术在高校体育教学中的应用策略进行深入探讨,以期为体育教育中灵活高效地运用这一先进教学手段提供思路。To improve understanding of advanced teaching methods,this paper analyzes the advantages of the application of modern information technology in college sports by connecting with the practical experience. In addition, the paper also discusses modern information technology strategies in college physical education in-depth discussions,in order to provide ideas for using this advanced teaching method flexibly and efficiently in physical education.
