摘　　要：根据汽车前大灯灯壳的结构特点,采用热流道浇注系统、侧向抽芯与分型机构、先复位机构和"直通式水道+倾斜式水道+水井"的温度控制系统设计了1副大型注射模。模具尺寸合理、结构先进、安全实用,获得了满意的成型效果。Aceording to the structure characteristics of the automobile headlamps lamp shell, using hot runner gating system, side core-pulling and parting meehanisnl, the resetting mechanism and ＂eut-through waterway ＋ tilting waterway ＋ wells＂ of a pair of large injection mold temperature control system design. Reasonable mohl size, advanced structure, safe, practical, and obtained satisfactory result of molding.
