摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、观察法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从武当武术独特的思想特征、技术特征角度出发,同健身理论相结合,探析武当武术在全民健身中的理论依据,使武当武术为全民健身服务。同时寄希望于健身活动,促进武当武术进一步在世界的传播,弘扬民族传统文化。武当武术蕴涵丰富的道家思想"清静无为"、"天人合一"、"形神相依";"炼精化气,炼气化神,炼神还虚,炼虚还道"的技术特点;特有的"肥硕宽大,庄重威严"服饰美,仙骨拂尘、刚劲刀剑的"奇门兵器",这些不可替代的优势,在健康理念的时空,满足人的生理需要、发展需要、心里需要,广泛影响着世界。With the methods of literature,observation and logical analysis and so on, the article is completed from the perspective of unique ideological characteristics in Wudang Wushu and technical features, it combines with fitness theory and analyses the theory bases of Wudang Wushu in the national fitness, making the Wudang Wushu serve the national fitness. The article also promotes further the spread of Wudang Wushu in the world, carrying forward the traditional culture by entrusting the hope to fitness activities. Wudang Wushu contains abundant Taoist thoughts saying ＂quiet unreal＂＂nature and humanity＂and spirit＂dependency＂and the technical characteristics saying＂The elaboration smelting gas, refined gasification god, god also empty, refined empty also said＂;it incorporates the the theory of Unique clothing beauty saying ＂fat is wide, solemn majesty＂ and fairy dust and bones, the stiffness of the sword ＂special weapon＂. The irreplaceable advantages meet the human of physiological needs and development needs and inward heart needs in the space-time of health concept, influencing the world extensively.
