摘　　要：为了优化药帽橡胶模具的结构,对成型工艺、模具结构、材料选择及热处理进行了分析,设计出了药帽橡胶模具。经试模证明,模具结构简单,制造维护方便,且运行可靠。结果表明,采用一模多腔的优化设计,提高了生产效率。In order to optimize the mould structure for rubber cap of the medicine bottle,the molding process,mould structure design and heat treatment are investigated,and the rubber cap mould is designed.The molding experiments prove that the mould structure is simple,reliable and convenient for maintenance.The result shows that multi-cavity mould can improve the production efficiency.
