摘　　要：在分析产品要求及成型工艺的基础上,设计了CPU风扇外壳一模二腔注塑模。该模具采用多点浇口的三板模结构,并设计了合理的推出机构,从而有效地保证了产品的成型质量和生产效率。同时利用Pro/E软件的相关功能模块提高设计效率,缩短了产品开发周期。Based on the analysis of product requirements and molding process,the injection mould with two cavities for the CPU fan shell part is designed.The three plate structure with multipoint gate and the reasonable ejecting mechanism are adopted in the mould to ensure the product quality and production efficiency.At the same time,using the Pro/E software,design efficiency is improved and the product development period is reduced.
