摘　　要：目的：调查分析急性白血病患儿行腰椎穿刺期间其家长的需求。方法采用目的抽样法，选取血液科病房105名行腰椎穿刺的急性白血病患儿家长进行问卷调查。结果患儿父母的总体需求得分为3.53分，其中保证患儿安全舒适为（3.92±0.54）分、获取信息为（3.79±0.65）分、得到支持和帮助为（3.68±0.71）分，居需求的前3位；腰椎穿刺前后家长均有不同的具体需求。结论医护人员应关注家长需求，并积极采取针对性的措施满足其不同需求，有助于患儿配合腰椎穿刺及预防并发症。Objective To investigate the parents′ requirement of children with acute leukemia during the period of lumbar puncture. Methods A total of 105 parents of children with acute leukemia during the period of lumbar puncture were selected by purposive sampling to complete the questionnaire. Results The total of requirements was 3. 53, in which the top three were ensuring the children safe and comfortable （3. 92 ± 0. 54） score, the information acquisition （3. 79 ± 0. 65） score and receiving support and help （3. 68 ± 0. 71 ） score. The parents had different specific care requirements before and after lumbar puncture. Conclusions Doctors and nurses should pay more attention to the needs of parents, and actively take corresponding measures to meet their different requirements so as to help children to cooperate with lumbar puncture and prevent complications.
