摘 要:目的:探讨立体化趣味心电图教学路径对于CCU年轻护士心电图综合应用能力的影响。方法选取2013届轮转学习的新护士40名,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组20名。对照组采用传统心电图教学模式进行培训,试验组采用立体化趣味心电图教学路径进行培训,比较两组护士的心电图综合应用能力及对心电图教学方法的满意度。结果试验组护士心电图综合应用能力考核:心电图基础理论为(83.02±10.01)分、操作为(92.38±4.23)分、心电图描记能力为(89.18±9.32)分、现场心电图分析为(90.01±7.03)分、制订护理计划为(93.23±5.61)分、心律失常个案护理查房为(91.29±8.78)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.13,2.41,2.03,1.95,2.32,1.83;P〈0.05)。试验组护士对心电图教学方法满意度为85.0%,对照组护士满意度为50.0%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.103,P〈0.05)。结论应用立体化趣味心电图教学路径教学能有效提高年轻护士的心电图综合应用能力及对教学方法满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the three-dimensional interesting electrocardiogram (3D-IECG) teaching to strengthen ECG comprehensive application ability for young nurses in CCU. Methods A total of 40 young nurses, who took part in rotary internship in 2013, had been chosen and randomly divided into experimental group and control group on average. The nurses of control group received traditional method of ECG training while the nurses of the experimental group underwent 3D-IECG teaching, and the satisfaction of teaching methods and ECG comprehensive ability were compared. Results The examination of comprehensive ability in the experimental group acquired basic ECG theory (83. 02 ± 10. 01) score, operation (92. 38 ± 4. 23) score, ECG documentation ability (89. 18 ± 9. 32) score, current ECG analysis (90. 01 ± 7. 03), nursing plan making (93. 23 ± 5. 61), personnel nursing round of arhythmia (91. 29 ± 8. 78) score higher those of control group (t=2. 13, 2. 41, 2. 03, 1. 95, 2. 32, 1. 83;P〈0. 05). The satisfaction of ECG teaching method in young nurses were 85. 0% of experimental group and 50. 0% of control group with statistical significance between two groups (χ^2 =4. 103,P〈0. 05). Conclusions The application of 3D-IECG teaching can effectively improve young nurses ECG comprehensive application ability and satisfaction of teaching method, and is worthy of clinical application.
