摘　　要：汽车座椅是重要的被动安全部件,其在汽车碰撞事故中肩负着保护乘客安全及减少损伤的作用。结合实际测试经验,针对座椅总成关键部件的可靠性评价方法进行了分析总结,涉及振动耐久、疲劳耐久、操作耐久和磨损耐久等评价方法,为座椅关键部件的优化设计提供参考,为座椅总成的舒适可靠性评价提供指导。Car seat is a very important passive safety component, which protects the passengers and reduces the injury in car collision accidents. Combined with the practical test experience, the test methods of reliability for the seat assembly key components are summarized, involving vibration durability, fatigue endurance, operation durability, wear durability, etc,providing reference for optimal design of seat key components and offering guidance for the comfort and reliability evaluation of seat assembly.
