摘　　要：克罗恩病是一种慢性肉芽肿性疾病,病变可累及胃肠道各部位,部分患者累及口腔,临床表现以腹痛与腹泻症状最为常见。笔者根据患者发生口腔炎、溃疡的原因,结合患者的特异性情况,采取针对性护理措施。Crohn＇s disease is a chronic granuloma disease and its lesion can affect the each part of gastrointestinal tract and involve in the mouth in some patients. Abdominal pain and diarrhea symptom are the most common clinical manifestations. The corresponding nursing measures were adopted based on the causes of the patient suffering from stomatitis and ulcer and the combination with the specific situation of the patient.
