摘　　要：目的:分析评价广东省市级妇幼保健院2010-2012年效率变化情况。方法:基于DEA-Malmquist指数法,分析2010-2012年广东省市级妇幼保健院的全要素生产率、技术变化、效率变化、纯技术效率和规模效率的变化情况。结果:广东省21个市级妇幼保健院的全要素生产指数为1.33,呈现增长趋势;技术变化出现4.8%的下降;效率变化提高9.9%,其中规模效率增加了10.6%,纯技术效率下降0.9%。结论:广东省市级妇幼保健院的技术效率有待进一步提高,以发挥规模效率和技术效率的协同作用。Objective： To analyze the efficiency of the municipal Maternal and Child Health Centers （MCH） in Guangdong province from 2010 -2012. Methods： DEA -Malmquist index was used to analyze the total factor productivity, the technical efficiency changes and the technical changes of municipal MCH within three years. Results： The total factor productivity index is 1.33, showing a growth trend ; technical changes have 4.8% declines; efficiency changes have 9.9% decreases, among which the scale efficiency increased by 10.6% , and the pure technical ef- ficiency declined by 0.9%. Conclusion： The technical efficiency of municipal MCH should be further enhanced to create synergies of scale efficiency and technical efficiency.
