摘　　要：民族医药人才队伍建设对于促进云南民族医药事业可持续发展、推进云南民族地区基本医疗服务均等化、促进云南民族地区经济发展具有十分重要的意义。针对云南民族医药人才队伍存在的卫生基础设施落后、教育水平不高、科研能力不足、理论和经验收集整理力度不够、人才培养体系不完善等问题,提出做好抢救发掘工作、重视经验传承、加强专业教育等建议,探索与云南民族医药特色相契合的人才队伍建设模式。Qualified personnel construction is of great significance for promoting sustainable development of ethnic medicine industry, equalization of basic health services and economic development in ethnic areas of Yunnan province. There are problems in the process of qualified per- sonnel construction of ethnic medicine in Yunnan province, such as lagging hygiene infrastructure, low - level education, a lack of research capacity, inadequate theoretical and empirical arrangement, and imperfect personnel training system. It is suggested to reinforce the work of rescue excavations, pay much more attention to experience heritage and strengthen professional education, aiming to explore the model of qualified personnel construction which is relevant to the special features of ethnic medicine in Yunnan province.
