摘　　要：目的:了解社区医务人员对健康管理师职业及其准入资质、功能定位、服务模式的认知情况,为健康管理师职业发展提供参考依据。方法:在武汉、贵阳、上海3地随机选择18个社区卫生服务中心共463名社区医务人员进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷424份,有效回收率91.6%。结果:认为社区需要健康管理师的占社区医务人员的88.4%;认为健康管理师应具备大专及以上学历的占94.6%;认为健康管理师应具备临床医学和公共卫生专业背景的分别占77.8%和69.7%;认为全科医生最可能成为健康管理师的占69.9%;认为健康管理师岗位应是全面协调性质的占51.8%;健康管理师择业影响因素中选择工资收入和职称晋升的分别占38.4%和25.9%。结论:社区医务人员对健康管理师接受程度较高,但认知有限,应加强健康管理师职业宣传力度,同时严格践行健康管理师准入标准,规范培训内容,建立服务模式,完善保障机制。Objective： To understand the cognitive situation of community medical personnel about health managers and its entry qualifications, functional localization and service mode, and to provide the evidence for the development of health managers. Methods： A random sampiing questionnaire survey was conducted among 463 community health personnel of 18 CHS centers in Wuhan, Guiyang, and Shanghai. And 424 valid questionnaires were collected. Results： 88.4% of the respondents believed that health managers were necessary in the community. 94.6% thought that health managers should possess Junior College Degree or above. Clinical medicine （77.8 % ） and public health （69.7 % ） professional background were thought essential for health managers. GPs were thought most provably to become health managers with the rate of 69.9%. It was thought that the nature of the health managers in the community should be comprehensive and balanced which choice accounted for 51.8% of the total. The income （38.4%） and promotion （25.9%） were considered most important factor for the community medical personnel to become health managers. Conclusion： The level of Community medical personnel acceptance for health managers was high, but the cognition was limited. The publicity of health managers should strength, and at the same time strictly executes the admittance criterions, standardize the training content, set up the service mode and perfect the safeguard mechanism.
