摘　　要：目的:了解上海市辅助器具适配服务对残疾人照顾者负担的影响。方法:通过自拟问卷调查上海市A区和B区2010年度接受辅助器具适配服务残疾人的照顾者。结果:照顾者平均年龄较大(50岁以上占67.6%),每天照顾时间长(适配前日均照顾时间12.22小时);辅助器具适配服务能够缩短照顾时间(适配后日均照顾时间减少1.26小时),减轻照顾劳动量(78.5%的照顾者认为劳动量减少)。结论:辅助器具适配服务能够减轻适配对象照顾负担,应继续加强服务力度,扩大受众面。Objective： To study the influence of offering Assistive Technologies＇Matching and Adaptation Service （ATMAS） on burdens of main caregivers of disabled people in 2 Districts, Shanghai. Methods： A survey on caregivers＇burden was conducted in 2 Districts in Shanghai in September, 2011. A total of 304 main caregivers of disabled people complete the self - designed questionnaire. Results： Main caregiver average age is high and they spend much time on caring the disabled people every day. Assistive Technologies＇Matching and Adaptation Service can save the average time caregivers spend on the disabled people per day（from 12.22 hours to 10.96 hours）, and effectively release the burden of care- givers. Conclusion： Assistive Technologies Matching and Adaptation Service is needed and more resources should be put into this service to cover more disabled people.
