摘　　要：采用低Mn,Nb-Cr抗酸性X65MS热轧卷板,通过控制钢管成型残余应力、焊接热输入等措施成功开发出了低Mn高Nb抗酸性X65MS螺旋埋弧焊管,并对其化学成分、显微组织、力学性能及抗酸性能等进行了研究分析。结果表明,钢管母材和焊缝的力学性能良好,HIC和SSCC试验均未出现氢鼓泡和裂纹,性能均达到或高于API SPEC 5L(45版)标准要求。Adopting low Mn, Nb-Cr acid resistant X65 MS hot rolled plates to successfully develop low Mn high Nb acid resistant X65 MS SAWH pipe, through controlling steel pipe forming residual stress, welding heat input and other measures. The properties of X65 MS SAWH pipe were analyzed and studied, including chemical component, microstructure, mechanical performance and acid resistance. The results indicated that the mechanical performance of steel pipe base metal and weld are good, no hydrogen bubble and crack occurre in HTC and SSCC test, and the performance reach or higher than the API SPEC 5 l（45thedition） standards.
