摘 要:目的分析成都市2011-2013年食源性致病菌单核细胞增生李斯特菌血清型、药物敏感性和耐药性。方法血清凝集试验确定实验菌株的血清型;E-test法检测实验菌株对庆大霉素、氨苄西林、青霉素、四环素、环丙沙星、亚胺培南、红霉素、链霉素、莫西沙星、左旋氧氟沙星、头孢噻吩、利福平、万古霉素、氯霉素、氨苄西林/舒巴坦酸15种抗生素的药物敏感性。结果 68株单核细胞增生李斯特菌分属5个血清型(1/2a,1/2b,1/2c,4b和4a),主要血清型1/2a(45.58%),1/2b(38.23%),分离2株致病力强的4b血清型。68株单核细胞增生李斯特菌耐药率为13.23%,主要耐受链霉素、四环素、利福平。在5类食品中,分离自生食蔬菜耐药率最高达18.18%。结论成都市2011-2013年检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌具有较强的致病性1/2a,1/2b和4b血清型菌株,及耐药株,说明潜在的单核细胞增生李斯特菌引起食品安全问题,并应加强对预防用药和临床用药的重视,以减少单核细胞增生李斯特菌耐药性的增加。Objective To study the serotype and the antibiotic susceptibility and resistance of food-borne Listeria monocytogenes isolates in Chengdu in 2011-2013. Methods All isolates were serotyped using serum agglutination test. The susceptibilities of 68 strains of food-borne Listeria monocytogenes to antibiotics were determined by E-test. The antibiotics included chloramphenicol,ampicillin,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,tetracycline, imipenem, erythromycin, streptomycin, vaneomycin, ampicillin / sulbactam, benzylicillin, cephalothin,levofloxacin,moxifloxacin and rifampicin. Results The 68 isolates belonged to 5 serotypes( 1 /2a,1 /2b,1 /2c,4b and 4a),among which serotype 1 /2a and 1 /2b were dominant,accounting for 45. 58% and38. 23%,respectively; 2 virulence isolates could be grouped into serotype 4b. The rates of antibiotic resistance in 68 isolates were 13. 23% and the main tolerance antibiotics were streptomycin,tetracycline and rifampicin. The foods from which the isolates recovered with the highest rate of antibiotic resistance were vegetable( 18. 18%). Conclusion The majority of isolates belonged to the serotypes of 1 /2a. 1 /2b and 4b and their multiple resistances to commonly used antibiotics indicates a potential food safety risk. It should pay more attention to the use of drugs in prevention and clinic treatment to reduce the antibiotic resistant.
