摘  要:等离子切割广泛应用于小微企业的金属板材切割,由于受成本限制,此技术多通过手工切割或配置在小车切割机上使用,使得高质量切割和异形毛坯的切割成为技术难题。针对此情况,设计一套三坐标切割机进给控制系统,基于开放性与经济性的原则采用高性能低成本的HNC-21系统作为控制器,配合步进驱动系统,通过设计外围电路和设置驱动参数与系统参数,整个系统运行准确、稳定。经过与机械主机联合测试其空运行重复定位精度在0.08 mm以内,完全能够满足经济型切割机的技术要求。Plasma cutting technology is widely used in small and micro enterprises sheet metal cutting,due to cost constraints,this technique is used for hand-cut or configured to use the car cutting maehine,which makes high-quality cut and shaped blanks cut into technical problems.For this case,the design of a three coordinate cutter feed control system,based on the principles of openness and economic line of high-performance low-cost HNC-21 system as a controller,with the stepper drive system,th,'uugh the relevant circuit design is reasonable accurate drive configuration parameters and system parameters,the entire system is accurate and stable. After a host of mechanical joint test run of its empty repeat positioning accuracy within 0.08 mm,fully enough to meet the technical requirements of economical cutting machine.
