摘 要:对汽车用钢板的电阻点焊飞溅现象进行研究,并且基于负载发生信号特征,实现了对焊接飞溅的自动化表征。实验结果表明,焊接飞溅事件分为三种形式,飞溅形式不同,飞溅释放的声发射能量也不同,所以得到的飞溅能量当量值也不同;声发射能量用声发射振铃计数、正峰值表征,焊接飞溅的强度和能量当量随声发射振铃计数、正峰值的增大而增大。焊接电流是影响焊接飞溅能量的最重要因素。The spatter phenomenon in resistance spot welding of the domestic cold-rolled steel plant for automobile is studied,and the automation representation of spatter is realized based on the load signal characteristics.The results show that the spatter events have three forms, and different spatter forms result in different acoustic emission energy released by spatter, so the spatter energy equivalent values are different.Acoustic emission energy is represented by acoustic emission ringing count and positive peak.The strength and energy equivalent of spatter rise when the acoustic emission ringing count and positive peak increase.Welding current is the most important factor affecting the welding spatter energy.
