摘  要:压力容器中焊接裂纹的形状通常是非线性的,焊接模拟过程中,非线性路径的三维瞬态模拟难度较大,同时其温度场和熔池形状是随焊接路径变化的。鉴于此,对双椭球热源模型进行正弦修正,确定热源行进的正弦路径,从而建立三维移动热源模型,并探究温度场和熔池形状随焊接过程的变化规律。结果显示:焊接路径对温度场和熔池形状影响很大,非线性裂纹补焊过程中,温度场和熔池形状存在中心对称性和周期性。The shape of welding crack in pressure vessels is usually norrlinear.In the welding simulation process,three-dimensional transient simulation along curve path is greater difficuh.And the temperature field and molten pool shape change with the welding path. So,in this paper,the double ellipsoid heat source model is implemented sinusoidal correction to determine moving sine path of heat source.And a three-dimensional movable heat source model is established. And the change rule of temperature field and molten pool shape in repair welding process is explored.The results show that welding path has significant effects on temperature field and molten pool shape.ln the repair welding process of nonlinear cracks,temperature field and molten pool shape are central-symmetrical and periodical.
